Common use of Rights of Collection Clause in Contracts

Rights of Collection. Without limiting the other rights and remedies of the Lenders or the Collateral Agent set forth in Section 6 and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other Loan Document, upon the occurrence and during the continuation of any Event of Default, unless and until such Event of Default is cured or waived by the Majority Lenders, the Collateral Agent may (i) exercise all of its rights and remedies under this Agreement, the other Loan Documents and Applicable Law and (ii) at any time and from time to time, take all other actions, including, but not limited to, collection, realization and foreclosure on any or all of the Collateral.”
