Common use of Rights of Optionee Clause in Contracts

Rights of Optionee. The Optionee shall have none of the rights of a shareholder of Company with respect to the shares subject to the option granted herein until a certificate or certificates for such shares shall have been issued upon the exercise of this option.

Rights of Optionee. The Optionee shall have none of the no rights of as a shareholder of the Company with respect to any Common Shares covered by the shares subject Option until the date of the Option is entitled to the option granted herein until issuance of a certificate or certificates for to him evidencing such shares shall have been issued upon the exercise of this optionshares.

The Optionee shall have none of the no rights of as a shareholder of the Company with respect to any of the shares subject Shares until (a) the Optionee has given written notice of exercise of the Option, (b) the Optionee has paid the aggregate Option Price in full for such Shares and, if applicable, satisfied any other conditions imposed by the Administrator and (c) the date of issuance of a certificate to the option granted herein until a certificate or certificates for Optionee evidencing such shares shall have been issued upon the exercise of this optionShares.
