RIGHTS OF RECOURSE. 17.1. The Pledgor hereby formally waives and renounces to exercise any Rights of Recourse or any other rights it may have against any obligor or Security Grantor pursuant to the Credit Agreement or other Loan Documents in any manner (including for the avoidance of doubt, by way of provisional measures such as provisional attachment ("saisie-arret conservatoire") or by way of set-off. 17.2. The Pledgor acknowledges that this waiver is of essence for the Pledgee and the Secured Parties and it is agreed that this clause shall survive any termination or discharge of this Pledge Agreement.
