Common use of Rights of Recovery Clause in Contracts

Rights of Recovery. In the event that authorization of payment and/or payment is made by the Company or on its behalf by its authorised representatives, including the Emergency Assistance Provider, the Company reserves the right to recover against the Insured the full sum which has been paid, or for which the Company is liable, to any third party to which the Insured has been admitted, less the Company's liability under the terms of the Policy.
