Rights of Representatives. A Representative of a Noteholder shall have the right to demand or join in demanding a poll and shall (except and to the extent to which the Representative is specially directed to vote for or against any proposal) have power generally to act at a meeting for the Noteholder. The Trustee, the Trust Manager and any officer of the Trustee and the Trust Manager may be appointed a Representative.
