Rights of Representatives. A Representative of a Bondholder will have the right to speak at the meeting and to demand or join in demanding a poll and will (except and to the extent to which the Representative is specifically directed to vote for or against any proposal) have power generally to act at the meeting for the Bondholder concerned.
