Common use of RIGHTS OF THE OPTIONEE Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS OF THE OPTIONEE. The Optionee shall not, by virtue of his ownership of this Option alone, be entitled to any rights of a holder of Common Shares of the Company, either at law or equity, and the rights of the Optionee are limited to those expressly set forth in this Agreement.
