Rights of the Pledgee. 3.1 Where the Pledgor does not perform his liabilities, the Pledgee shall be entitled to be first compensated from the money converted from, or the proceeds from the auction or sale of, such Pledged Equity Interest. 3.2 The Pledgee shall be entitled to the bonus arising from the Pledged Equity Interest.
