Common use of Rights of the Purchase Contract Agent Clause in Contracts

Rights of the Purchase Contract Agent. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Purchase Contract Agent shall be entitled to all the rights, protections and privileges granted to the Purchase Contract Agent in the Purchase Contract Agreement. The Purchase Contract Agent assumes no responsibility for correctness of the recitals contained herein. The Purchase Contract Agent makes no representations as to the validity or sufficiency of this Agreement or the validity of the Debentures. The Purchase Contract Agent shall not be accountable for the use or application of the proceeds from the Debentures, including without limitation, the Subject Debentures.
