Common use of Rights of User Clause in Contracts

Rights of User. If Service Provider: (a) defaults in providing the Firm Service to User under this Agreement and does not remedy that default within 7 Days after the date of Service Provider's receipt of Notice from User requiring that default to be remedied; (b) otherwise defaults in performance of a material obligation and does not remedy that default within a period of 21 Days from the date of Service Provider's receipt of Notice from User requiring the default to be remedied; or (c) fails to pay any amount due and payable to User under this Agreement and that amount, plus interest accrued at the Interest Rate plus 2% per annum, is still outstanding 7 Days after the date of Service Provider's receipt of Notice of demand from User, User may, by Notice to Service Provider, terminate this Agreement or suspend the operation of this Agreement until the default or failure referred to in paragraph (a), (b) or (c) above has been rectified with immediate effect.
