Common use of Rights of ▇▇▇▇▇ Clause in Contracts

Rights of ▇▇▇▇▇. Supplier hereby authorizes ▇▇▇▇▇ or its designees to take any and all steps in Supplier’s name or on behalf of Supplier necessary or desirable, in its determination, to collect all amounts due under any and all Purchased Assets, provided that all such steps comply in all material respects with applicable law. Except in connection with the repurchase by Supplier from ▇▇▇▇▇ of a Purchased Receivable, ▇▇▇▇▇ shall have no obligation to account for, to replace, to substitute or to return any Purchased Assets to Supplier, irrespective of whether such Collections and charges are in excess of the Purchase Price for such assets.
