Common use of Rights on Conversion Clause in Contracts

Rights on Conversion. The holder of any Subscription Receipt converted pursuant to Section 4.1(a) hereof shall have no rights hereunder except to be issued Common Shares and Warrants upon the conversion of the Subscription Receipts. Upon issuance of the Common Shares and Warrants upon conversion of the Subscription Receipts pursuant to Section 4.1(a) hereof, the Subscription Receipt Certificates will be cancelled and Uncertificated Subscription Receipts will be deemed cancelled, without further action on the part of the Subscription Receiptholders, the Subscription Receipt Agent, or the Corporation.
