Rights on Servicer Transfer Event Sample Clauses

The 'Rights on Servicer Transfer Event' clause defines the rights and procedures that apply when the servicing of a loan or asset is transferred from one servicer to another. Typically, this clause outlines the obligations of both the outgoing and incoming servicers, such as the transfer of records, notification to relevant parties, and the continuity of servicing standards. For example, it may require the outgoing servicer to provide all necessary documentation and support to ensure a smooth transition. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the transfer process is orderly and that the interests of stakeholders, such as borrowers and investors, are protected during the change in servicer.
