Rights Protection Clause Samples

A Rights Protection clause serves to safeguard the intellectual property and proprietary rights of the parties involved in an agreement. It typically outlines the ownership of copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other protected materials, and may specify how such rights are to be used, licensed, or enforced during and after the contractual relationship. By clearly defining these boundaries, the clause helps prevent unauthorized use or infringement, ensuring that each party’s rights are respected and legal disputes are minimized.
