Common use of Rights Reserved to the Authority Clause in Contracts

Rights Reserved to the Authority. Rights not specifically granted to the Company by this Agreement are expressly and independently reserved to the Authority, including but not limited to the right to develop or improve the Airport as it sees fit regardless of the desires or views of Company and without interference or hindrance on the part of Company. The Authority expressly reserve(s) the right to prevent any use of the Demised Premises which would interfere with or adversely affect the operation or maintenance of the Airport, or otherwise constitute an Airport hazard.
