Rights Several. The rights of the Lenders are also several. The amount at any time owing by the Borrower to any party under this Agreement shall be a separate and independent debt from the amount owing to any other party. Each party shall have the right to protect and enforce its rights arising out of this Agreement and it shall not be necessary for any Lead Arranger, any Agent or any Lender to be joined as an additional party in any proceedings for this purpose.
