Rights to Documentation. 8.1 Subject to payment in full of all sums due and owing, EDM HEALTHCARE CONSULTING LTD will grant to the Client an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the Documentation solely for the Client’s own internal purposes (which may include submission to the applicable standards body such as NHS Digital). 8.2 The Client retains all rights to the Client Inputs. EDM HEALTHCARE CONSULTING LTD will have no liability for breach of warranty or this Agreement caused by Client Inputs.
Rights to Documentation. Terminal Transfers. You can get a receipt at the time you make any transfer to or from your Account using an ATM. Direct Deposits. If you have arranged to have direct deposits made to your Account from the same person or company, you can call us at ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ to find out whether or not the deposit has been made. Periodic Statements. You will receive a monthly account statement, either mailed or made electronically available. Tell us AT ONCE if you believe your ATM card or check card and/or PIN has been lost or stolen, or if you believe that an electronic fund transfer has been made without your permission using information from your check. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You could lose all of the money in your Account (plus the maximum amount of your overdraft line of credit). If you tell us within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your ATM or check card and/or PIN, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your ATM or check card and/or PIN without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your ATM or check card and/or PIN, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your ATM or check card and/or PIN without your permission if you had told us, you can lose as much as $500. Also, if your statement shows transfers that you did not make, including those made by ATM or check card, PIN or other means, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the statement was mailed or made electronically available to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (ex. a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we may, in our discretion, extend the time for a reasonable period. If you believe your ATM or check card and/or PIN has been lost or stolen or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your Account using information from your check without your permission, call us at ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ or write us at the address listed at the end of this disclosure. For purposes of this disclosure, our business days are Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays. If you use an automated teller machine that is not operated by us, you may be charged a fee by the operator of the machine and/or by an automated transfer network.
Rights to Documentation. Company grants to Motorola a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to edit, reproduce and merge into other Product materials and Documentation or other written materials, including any revisions thereof, Documentation provided under this Agreement. Motorola shall be responsible for the final style edit and formatting, to ensure consistency with the overall Motorola documentation style, graphics and format. Motorola may use any Documentation internally, as well as sell or otherwise make available such Documentation to Customers. Company grants Motorola the right to remove any trademark, copyright or other notices which may appear in the body of any such Documentation and to place Motorola's own trademark, copyright and other notices on such Documentation. Company grants to Motorola all licenses under any copyrights or trademarks or other rights which may be necessary in order to provide the foregoing rights. Company is granted no rights in any Product Documentation or materials that contain edited, reproduced or merged Documentation. Motorola shall use the Documentation so licensed to Motorola only for purposes of providing sales , marketing, maintenance and support of Products sold by Company hereunder and for purposes of providing such Documentation to Motorola's Customers only for use in their maintenance and support of Products sold by Company hereunder.

SCL will have no liability for breach of warranty or this Agreement caused by Client Inputs.
Rights to Documentation. 8.1 Our drawings, designs as well as other documents shall exclusively belong to us. The use by the customer or third parties shall require a previous approval be us. 8.2 Especially the reproduction or other use of the terms of delivery, sales documents, price lists, brochures or further advertising material shall only be permitted with our previous written approval.
Rights to Documentation. A claimant shall have the right to have access to, and request copies of the documentation relevant to the Claim and Adverse Benefit Determination(s), including any new evidence or rationale considered or relied upon in connection with the Claim on review. LBC may also use a pointer to the SBC Documentation on SBC's website in connection with distribution of the Product(s) and/or System(s). Such License grant is subject to the Distribution and Ownership Sections below.

In all cases, the transaction will require you to provide the third party with your Account number and financial institution information. You should only provide your financial institution and Account information (whether over the phone, the internet or via some other method) to trusted third parties whom you have authorized to initiate these electronic funds transfers.
Rights to Documentation. Licensor grants to Licensee a nonexclusive and nontransferable license for all documentation provided. With the prior permission of the Licensor, Licensee may alter the style edit and formatting, to ensure consistency with the overall Licensee documentation style, graphics and format. Licensee may use any Documentation internally. Licensor does not grant Licensee the right to remove any trademark, copyright or other notices which may appear in the body of any such Documentation.

  • Documentation License Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Flock hereby grants to Agency a non- exclusive, non-transferable right and license to use the Documentation during the Term in connection with its use of the Services as contemplated herein, and under Section 2.5 below.

  • Technical Documentation Prior to commencement of the Tests on Completion, the Contractor shall supply to the Engineer the technical documentation as specified in the Employer’s Requirements. The Works or Section shall not be considered to be completed for the purposes of taking- over under sub-clause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections] until the Engineer has received the technical documentation as defined in this sub-clause 5.7, the "history file" including design calculations and certain certification as well as any other documents required to meet the CE Marking requirements.

  • Other Documentation Administrative Agent shall have received all documents and instruments that Administrative Agent has then reasonably requested, in addition to those described in this Section 4.1. All such additional documents and instruments shall be reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent in form, substance and date.
