Common use of Rights to Improvements Clause in Contracts

Rights to Improvements. Licensee and its Affiliates shall have the right to make Improvements to the Licensed Technology, and to utilize such Improvements to develop, make, have made, use, sell, have sold, import and export Products in the Field in the Territory.
