Common use of Rights to Injunctive Relief Clause in Contracts

Rights to Injunctive Relief. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that remedies at law or damages may be inadequate to the other parties to this Agreement to provide full compensation in the event of a material breach relating to the other parties’ obligations, representations, and warranties hereunder, and each party to this Agreement shall therefore be entitled to seek injunctive relief or specific performance in the event of any actual or threatened material breach by a party to this Agreement.
