RIGHTS TO REPORT. The rights to any report, evaluation and/or other material developed by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall belong to the District. Nothing herein shall waive or otherwise impair District’s, Contractor’s or a third-party’s ownership of or other rights in any portions of Work Product, data, information or other intellectual capital, developed or acquired independent of this Agreement or any applicable Work Order, or derivatives thereof (collectively, the “Pre-Existing Items”). No party shall gain any ownership rights in the other party’s Pre-Existing Items or any derivative works thereof.

  • Rights to Representation Any party of interest may be represented at all meetings and hearings at any level of the grievance procedure by another teacher or another person.
