RISK FACTOR. By accepting this PSU Award, the Brazilian Participant hereby represents and acknowledges that investment in shares of Common Stock involves a degree of risk. If the Brazilian Participant elects to participate in the Plan, the Brazilian Participant should monitor their participation and consider all risk factors relevant to the vesting or delivery of shares of Common Stock under the Plan as set in this Agreement.
