Common use of Risk Register Clause in Contracts

Risk Register. a) The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining a risk register, agreed at the kick-off meeting. This register shall identify potential risks, their likelihood and severity, and propose meaningful mitigation measures (see ECSS-M-00-03B for more details). b) The Contractor shall present an up-to-date risk register in his progress reports for review at monthly progress meetings.
