RISK TO NOTEHOLDERS. All certificates, other documents and remittances sent through the post shall be sent at the risk of the Noteholders entitled thereto. SCHEDULE 4 Provisions for meetings of Noteholders 1. Calling of meetings The Company at any time may, and shall upon the request in writing signed by Noteholders holding not less than twenty five per cent. in nominal value of the Notes for the time being outstanding, convene a meeting of the Noteholders. Every such meeting and every adjourned meeting shall be held at the registered office of the Company for the time being or such other place as the Company may specify.
