Road Restrictions. 6.1 The Grantor reserves to itself the exclusive control and operation of the Road and the Grantee shall observe all load limits, speed limits, road bans, closures and restrictions whether imposed by governmental authority or by the Grantor if it reasonably deems the Road conditions warrant such restrictions. The Grantee shall obey signs, barriers and markers governing or restricting traffic thereon.
