Roads and Roadways. 1. Repair of roads to pre-disaster geometric design standards and conditions using in- kind materials, shoulders medians, clearances, curbs, and side slopes. This allowance does not include improvement to existing roadways and appurtenances. 2. Construction of temporary emergency access roads in previously disturbed soils to allow for passage of emergency vehicles. 3. Repairs to road slips and landslides that do not require grading of undisturbed soils on the up-hill side of the slip. 4. Re-establishment, armoring and/or upgrading of existing roadway ditches. 5.
