In kind repair to historic paving materials for roads and walkways. 1390 1391 3. In-kind repair or replacement, or minor upgrade of culvert systems and arches beneath 1392 roads or within associated drainage systems, including provision of headwalls, riprap 1393 and any modest increase in capacity for the purposes of hazard mitigation or to meet 1394 current codes and standards, provided that the work substantially conforms to the 1395 existing footprint.
