Roadway Improvements. The design and construction plans for roadway improvements are contingent on Town Manager approval for local roads and NCDOT approval for State roads. a. Construction of the following improvements must be completed prior to the occupancy of first building permitted pursuant to this Agreement (not including the Innovation Center): 1) Right-turn lane on southbound ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Blvd at the main site entrance; 2) Right-turn lane on northbound ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Blvd at ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive. b. The proposed new street connection on ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive and Airport Drive shall be constructed prior to occupancy of 800,000 square feet of development and design shall reflect the following: 1) New street entrance aligned with Airport Drive; 2) A three lane cross-section at the intersection of ▇▇▇▇▇ Dr and Airport Drive; and 3) Appropriate turning lanes (left and right) on ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive and Airport Drive as approved by the Town Manager and NCDOT.
