Roaming Services Clause Samples

The Roaming Services clause defines the terms under which a telecommunications provider allows its customers to use mobile services outside their home network, typically when traveling internationally. This clause outlines the conditions, charges, and limitations associated with accessing voice, data, and messaging services while roaming, and may specify which networks or countries are covered. Its core practical function is to ensure customers understand the availability and costs of using their mobile devices abroad, thereby preventing unexpected charges and clarifying service expectations.
