Common use of Rock Source Clause in Contracts

Rock Source. The road rock may be obtained from STATE land at the locations shown as “Rock Quarry” and “Stockpile Sites” on Exhibit A, or from other locations acceptable to STATE, as follows: Right-of-Way Hauling. Prior to approval to rock constructed roads, the right-of-way logs on those portions of road to be rocked shall be hauled, unless otherwise approved by STATE.
