Common use of ROLE DESCRIPTIONS Clause in Contracts

ROLE DESCRIPTIONS. If at any time during the term of this Agreement the role descriptions of the support staff employees are updated or revised by the Board, it is agreed by both parties (Merrimack Educational Support Staff Association and Merrimack School Board) that prior to a change, the President of the Association may submit to the Board, through the Superintendent, any recommendations for the role descriptions. The Board shall give due consideration to such recommendations of the Association. All new employees shall receive, at the time of hire, the role description for their position.
