Role of Union. a) The employer shall notify the Union of the applicants for the job and of the seniority of the applicants. b) The Union shall have the right to have an observer present with pay during all aspects of competitions for vacancies within the bargaining unit. c) The Chair of the Bargaining unit will select an observer.
