Common use of Roll Call Clause in Contracts

Roll Call. 39.1 All members of the bargaining unit may be required to appear fifteen (15) minutes prior to the commencement of their scheduled shift or work assignment. When roll call is required, employees shall receive a total of ten (10) hours pay at the employee’s regular rate as compensation for attending any and all roll call formation in the previous calendar year. The ten (10) hours compensation shall be paid on the last payday in March, annually.
