Common use of Room Keys Clause in Contracts

Room Keys. Each participant may check out only his or her own room key. Permit Holder understands and agrees that a charge of $25.00 per lost key and $25.00 per lost access cardwill be added to the Permit ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s final invoice. Permit Holder will incur lost key/access card charge(s) immediately upon conclusion of above stated check-out date/time.

Room Keys. Each participant may check out only his or her their own room key. Permit Holder understands and agrees that a lost key charge in the range of $25.00 150.00 - $250.00 per lost key and $25.00 per lost access cardwill will be added to the Permit ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s Holder’s final invoice. (Charges vary per room type and residence hall but will not exceed $250.00 total per key.) Permit Holder will incur lost key/access card key charge(s) immediately upon conclusion of above stated check-out date/timeout. Note: specific buildings are on a two key per participant system.
