ROOM PREPARATION. Teachers who complete room preparation will receive 1 day of pay at the current substitute rate. Teachers who volunteer, excluding teachers who have extended contracts, to work in their classrooms for up to the equivalent of one six (6) hour day during the two (2) calendar weeks prior to the opening of school will be paid at the current substitute pay. The days referenced are for informational purposes only and were not bargained.
