Common use of Room Reassignment Clause in Contracts

Room Reassignment. Residents requesting a relocation of rooms must submit their request in writing (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) to the Resident Centre. A reason for the requested relocation must be included. Approval for the relocation is at the discretion of the Residence Coordinator. If approved, a $50 charge will be applied to the resident account for each move.
