Room Reservations Clause Samples
The Room Reservations clause establishes the terms and procedures for booking and securing rooms under an agreement. It typically outlines how reservations are made, any deadlines for confirming or modifying bookings, and the responsibilities of each party regarding room allocation. For example, it may specify the process for submitting reservation requests, the minimum or maximum number of rooms that can be reserved, and any penalties for late changes or cancellations. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of how room bookings are managed, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes over availability and commitments.
