ROOM USAGE Clause Samples

The ROOM USAGE clause defines the terms and conditions under which a party is permitted to use a specified room or space. It typically outlines permissible activities, hours of access, and any restrictions or requirements related to the use of the room, such as capacity limits or maintenance responsibilities. By clearly establishing these parameters, the clause helps prevent disputes over misuse, ensures the space is used appropriately, and protects the interests of both the owner and the user.
