Common use of Rope Access Clause in Contracts

Rope Access. The Parties agree that the discussions on the Rope Access will be transitioned over the Rope Access Sub-Committee and a recommendation will be brought forward once they have been able to investigate and examine all pertinent subject matter. The Employers commit to assisting the General Presidents’ Maintenance Committee for Canada wherever possible to address the issue of declining camp conditions as discussed during the renewal process. ALBERTA BEREAVEMENT P RO TO COL ‌ THE GENERAL PRESIDENTS’ MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE FOR ‌ A group of Alberta contractors and the General Presidents’ Maintenance Committee have created a protocol for Alberta GMPA Agreements that would allow for bereavement benefits. This protocol is seen to be beneficial in the further growth of the maintenance industry.
