Round Two Sample Clauses

The "Round Two" clause establishes the procedures and terms for a second phase or stage within an agreement, typically following the completion or evaluation of an initial round. In practice, this clause may outline criteria for advancing to the next round, set deadlines for participation, or specify additional requirements or deliverables that must be met. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for progression beyond the first stage, ensuring all parties understand the conditions and expectations for moving forward, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
