Rounding of Calculations; Minimum Adjustment. All calculations under this Section 3.1(a) and under the definition of Current Market Price shall be made to the nearest cent or to the nearest whole share (as provided in Section 1.2), as the case may be. Any provision of this Section 3.1 to the contrary notwithstanding, no adjustment in the Exercise Price shall be made if the amount of such adjustment would be less than one percent, but any such amount shall be carried forward and an adjustment with respect thereto shall be made at the time of and together with any subsequent adjustment which, together with such amount and any other amount or amounts so carried forward, shall aggregate one percent or more.
