Route Supervision. The Contractor is required to provide supervision of the route, including periodic spot checks. The Contractor shall perform a minimum of twenty (20) on-time performance checks each month. The Contractor shall submit to SEPTA a monthly summary of the results of the spot checks, detailing the number of checks conducted. If the summary result(s) of the spot checks indicate that there are significant issue(s) in maintaining the operating schedule and the on-time performance standard, the Contractor shall contact the Project Manager and discuss and suggest solutions to rectify these issues. SEPTA would issue a new operating schedule and public timetable to address any adjustments.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract.
