Royalties Payable Only Once. The Royalty Paying Party’s obligation to pay royalties under Sections 5.2 or 5.3, as applicable, are imposed only once with respect to the same unit of Royalty Bearing Product, including by reason of such Royalty Bearing Product being Covered by more than one Valid Claim of Infinity Patent Rights or Purdue Patent Rights.
