Royalties Payable Only Once. The obligation to pay royalties is imposed only once with respect to the same unit of a Product. Sales of Products between a Party and its Affiliates or permitted sublicensees, or among such Affiliates and permitted sublicensees, for resale shall not be considered in calculating Net Product Sales or Net Assay Revenue (as applicable), and only the subsequent resale of such Products to Third Parties shall be considered in the calculation of Net Product Sales or Net Assay Revenue (as applicable).
