Royalty Statements and Payments. The Proponent will provide to the Minister an annual statement of the Gross Business Revenues, certified by the Proponent’s Chief Financial Officer, within four (4) months of the end of each company fiscal year 31 December, together with the related royalty payment. The first statement and related royalty payment must be provided to the Minister by 30 April 2011 in respect of the fiscal year ending 31 December 2010, and by 30 April each year thereafter in regard to the previous fiscal year. Payments shall be made by cheque to the order of the Receiver General and sent to the Minister.”
