Common use of Rule 430A Clause in Contracts

Rule 430A. If Rule 430A under the Act is employed, the General Partner will cause the Partnership to timely file the Prospectus or term sheet (as described in Rule 434(b) under the Act) pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Act.
