Rule Changes. The Company will not, without the prior written consent of the Banks, amend, revoke, or rescind any Rule in any manner that would have a materially adverse effect on the Lien granted to the Collateral Agent in the Collateral or the ability of the Collateral Agent to enforce any of its rights under the Collateral Documents. Changes to the Rules may be made that have or could have the effect of decreasing the ability of the Company to pledge any assets (but not decreasing the ability of the Company to continue the pledge of any assets currently included in the Borrowing Base for any outstanding Loans) or limit the purposes for which such assets can be pledged, but any such change shall not affect any Eligible Asset during the period such asset is pledged as Collateral prior to its withdrawal from the Collateral Pool.
Rule Changes. If during the term of this Agreement any Major League Rule, or other rule or regulation is proposed to be changed, the Clubs agree that they shall give the Association notice thereof, and shall negotiate the pro- posed change with the Association, provided that the obligation to negotiate with the Association provided by this Article XVIII shall apply only to (a) a change in a Player benefit under an existing rule or regulation and (b) the adoption of a rule or regulation which would change a Player benefit under an existing rule or regulation or impose an obligation upon the Players which had not previously existed. Except as specifically provided in this Article XVIII, the right of the Clubs to make any rule change whatsoever shall not be impaired or limited in any way, provided that the Clubs shall not make any change which is inconsistent with the provisions of any then existing agree- ment between the Clubs and the Association. Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraph, if during the term of this Agreement any playing or scoring rule is proposed to be changed, the Clubs agree that they shall give the Association notice thereof, and shall negotiate the proposed change with the Association, provided that the obligation to negotiate with the Association shall apply only to changes which significantly affect terms and conditions of employ- ment. Such proposals to change playing or scoring rules shall normally be made only during the off-season. If the Clubs and the Association fail to reach agreement on a proposed change which is subject to nego- tiation, the proposed change shall not be put into effect until the com- pletion of the next complete succeeding season (including the Wild Card Game, Division Series, League Championship Series and World Series) following the date the change was proposed.
Rule Changes. These written rules become finalized at the end of the Captain’s Meeting. Rules interpretation is exclusively left to the Tournament Director. Rules can be changed and will be left exclusively to the Tournament Director.
Rule Changes. A. The Landlord has the right to change, add to, or amend these Rules and Regulations assuming the Landlord provides notice of all such changes, additions, and amendments to all home residents 30 days before they become effective and provided that such change, addition or amendment to a rule or regulation within these Rules and Regulations does not work a substantial modification of a resident’s Lease Agreement.
Rule Changes. The Authority shall not be required to reimburse the Contractor for any cost increases related to work rule changes, whether in the year the changes become effective or in any subsequent Fiscal Year unless the changes are the result of a change in law and mandated to be paid by the Authority.
Rule Changes. 11.1 We may vary or add to these Conditions at any time and without prior notice to you in order to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, make immaterial changes or to correct any grammatical or other errors and, if we do so, we will inform you of any changes in writing. In relation to any other changes:
11.2 If a change is to your advantage the change will take immediate effect and we will tell you about it within thirty days.
11.3 If the change is not to your advantage we will send you a written notice describing the relevant changes. Such changes will become effective on a date to be specified in the notice which, except for regulatory requirements, will be at least 30 days after the notice has been sent to you.
11.4 At any time up to sixty days from the date we inform you of a change to your disadvantage you may, without notice, close your Account without having to pay any extra charge or interest (other than Charges or interest that have or has accrued) for doing this.
Rule Changes. 7.1. MHSLA may adopt changes or additions to the US Lacrosse Rule Books that do not affect safety or player equipment. MHSLA accepts all liability associated with any rule changes and will hold MLOA harmless and indemnify MLOA as to any cause of action that may be brought due to rule changes.
7.2. MHSLA shall notify MLOA of rule changes or additions prior to January 15 of each season.
Rule Changes. In the event the MUSL Board, the Security and Integrity Committee, or a Product Group elects to modify the requirements related to a multi-jurisdictional game, the Party Lottery shall implement the required changes within 180 calendar days from new rule inception, unless specified otherwise in this 2.11 section. Should an exception to a Rule become known during a compliance review or at any other time, Party Lotteries shall be required to come into compliance within 90 days. In the case of a high-risk item being noted by MUSL during a compliance review, Party Lotteries shall be required to come into compliance within 30 days. The Party Lottery must meet or exceed all other requirements approved by the MUSL Board, published in MUSL Policies and Procedures manual or published in the Confidential MUSL Minimum Game Security Standards. By November 1, 2004, Party Lotteries shall report to MUSL their state of compliance with MUSL Rule 2 and the Confidential MUSL Minimum Game Security Standards. Party Lotteries not yet in full compliance shall detail the specific rules or standards that they are not in compliance with, an estimated date by which they will be compliance, and a basis for the date submitted.
Rule Changes. The parties acknowledge that this Agreement has been agreed on the basis of the Rules and that any changes to the Rules after that date will be treated as rule changes. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, any change to the Rules after the date of this Agreement will not affect the Service Provider’s obligations or liabilities under this Agreement, except to the extent that such changes to the Rules are treated as a Change Request.
Rule Changes. Owner/Management reserves the right to establish rules and regulations for occupancy and use of Property.
