Rules and Directives. The City agrees that work rules and Division Directives shall be reduced to writing and provided to all members in advance of their enforcement. Any charge by a member that a work rule or Division Directive is in violation of this Contract, or has not been applied or interpreted uniformly to all members, shall be a proper subject for a grievance. The City shall provide the Lodge with copies of any revised or new work rules and Division Directives at least seven (7) days in advance of their intended effective dates.
