Common use of Rules Changes; Waivers Clause in Contracts

Rules Changes; Waivers. Provided such actions would not result in an Adverse Condition, Landlord reserves the right at any time to rescind or make reasonable, non-discriminatory changes to any one or more of these Rules and Regulations or to make any additional, reasonable and non-discriminatory Rules and Regulations that, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, may be necessary or helpful for the management, safety or cleanliness of the Premises or Building, the preservation of good order, and/or the convenience of the occupants and tenants of the Building generally. Landlord may waive any one or more of these Rules and Regulations for the benefit of any particular tenant. No waiver by Landlord shall be construed as a waiver of those Rules and Regulations in favor of any other tenant, and no waiver shall prevent Landlord from enforcing those Rules and Regulations against a tenant or any other tenant in the future. Tenant shall be considered to have read these Rules and Regulations and to have agreed to abide by them as a condition of Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises.
