Rules of Origin and Administrative Cooperation. 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of rules of origin and administrative cooperation shall be governed by the Protocol on Rules of Origin referred to in Article 2.2 of the Free Trade Agreement. 2. Any reference to "EFTA States" in the Protocol on Rules of Origin referred to in Article 2.2 of the Free Trade Agreement shall be taken to refer to Norway.
