Run with the Property. This Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors and assigns and shall run with the land that constitutes the Wetlands/Trails Area.

  • Covenants to Run With the Land All of the grants, covenants, terms, provisions and conditions in this Mortgage shall run with the Land and shall apply to, and bind the successors and assigns of, the Mortgagor. If there shall be more than one mortgagor with respect to the Mortgaged Property, the covenants and warranties hereof shall be joint and several.

  • Access to the Property 1. We and our representatives shall only have access to the Property during the Vendor's normal business hours upon reasonable notice to the Vendor, at our sole risk and expense. Such site visits shall be conducted in the presence of a representative of the Vendor, in a manner that minimizes interference with the use of the Property and does not contravene any leases or unreasonably interfere with any Tenants.   • Sale of the Property Any sale of the Property shall not affect this Lease or any of your obligations, but upon such sale we will be released from all of our obligations under this Lease and the new owner of the Property will be responsible for the performance of the duties of "Landlord" from and after the date of such sale.
